Networks and their interorganizational relations. Territorial, industrial and commercial agglomerations. Governance mechanisms and structures. Social capital of the network; confidence; relational contracts. Collaborative innovation, co-creation, crowdsourcing and digital social networking for strategy. Competitive interaction. Reciprocity. Topologies, concepts of horizontal and vertical networks. Diffusion of networked strategies.
