The Program is structured with the objective of improving the professional qualification of teachers who work preferably in Basic Education, in the areas of Physics, Chemistry and Natural Sciences, in a joint effort between UNIPAMPA teachers and teachers from the schools where they operate. . With this common objective, and taking into account the academic background and professional performance of its faculty, the Program is structured on two main fronts:
Line of Research: New Technologies in Science Teaching
The thematic core of the Program called New Technologies in Science Teaching aims to qualify teachers for the use of digital technologies in a reflective didactic-pedagogical approach, covering the understanding of the ways of using these technologies and their relationships with learning, development and adequacy of instructional materials with an emphasis on digital technologies.
Line of Research: Pedagogical Practices in Science Teaching
The thematic core activity of the Program called Pedagogical Practices in Science Teaching aims to understand epistemic and multidisciplinary foundations in the relationship between teaching and learning science and to develop pedagogical proposals preferably aimed at basic education, covering adequacy and development of instructional materials aimed at science teaching in different educational contexts, formal and non-formal, including in contexts of dissemination and popularization of science.
